Operation of equipment 

ELECTRICAL OUTLETS

Your room is powered by an electric current of 220 volts. We advise you to check the voltage of your devices before any connection. Adapters and transformers are at your disposal if necessary.

ELECTRONIC LOCK

Access to the establishment is via an electronic code lock. All you have to do is enter your access code provided during check-in or received by SMS, wait a few seconds for the indicator light there to turn green and the door to open automatically.

AIR CONDITIONER

PTo use your air conditioner's remote control, point it at the unit's indoor unit. When you press a button on the remote control, the transmitting indicator appears on the remote control screen and the indoor unit beeps indicating good reception.

STEAMER

Fill the water tank respecting the minimum and maximum water indicated on the tank. Connect the device to a socket, a red light flashes while it remains frozen, the device is ready to be used. Press the red light, the light turns green, to release the steam press the trigger. After use unplug the device. This device is strictly prohibited for minors   because risk of burns.

iPad

An IPAD is available in your room, you can carry it only within the premises of the establishment. Any purchase on the app store is prohibited. 

You can communicate with the reception via the Message application by selecting the Home Room Service contact, you can also call the Reception via the FaceTime application the contact is Home Room Service.

You can communicate with the other rooms. 

Applications allow you to:

- see the different activities, hikes around the establishment

- access the restaurant menu

- access different games

- set an alarm clock 

- get informed (Nice morning, the World....)

 

SAFE BOX 

​A safe is available in all room categories (excluding cottage). 

You can choose a secret combination, just press the red button inside the door and enter your code.

CONNECTED TV

All our TVs are connected on the home page you have different applications that allow you to make the most of the following services:  

- Molotov: application that allows access to international channels 

- Chromecast: Cast content from your smart phone to television 

- Streaming services: Netflix, Disney+, Prime video: connect to your streaming accounts (requires a personal account) After each departure, the accounts are reset.
